No tailoring experience required. We'll teach you the craft. What we can't teach is character.
The Role
As a Fitting Consultant at David & Co., you're often the first person a customer meets and the last one they remember. You'll guide them through the process — from understanding what they need, to fabric selection, to fittings — making sure every step feels personal, not transactional.
This is a role with real room to grow. The more you learn about the craft, the more responsibility you take on.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and attend to customers in the shop
- Listen to what they need and help them make confident decisions
- Walk customers through fabric choices and garment options
- Coordinate fittings and keep customers updated on their orders
- Work closely with the tailoring team to make sure every order runs smoothly
Who We're Looking For
We're a small, close-knit team. We don't need perfection — we need people who are curious, resilient, and genuinely good with people.
You'd be a great fit if you're always picking up new things even when no one asks you to. If you don't fold when things get hard. If you can read a room and adapt without needing to be told exactly what to do. If you bring good energy even on tough days. And if you're willing to try things you've never done before.
Experience in tailoring or fashion isn't required. Character is.
